Pest Control

A large part of pest control in your home or business involves using infestation prevention techniques.

• Never allow any uncovered food to sit out overnight, indoors or outdoors. This
  includes pet food.
• Piles of rocks or stones, bricks, or other miscellaneous forms of debris or wood
  (including firewood) should not sit near your home as these can serve as a
  home for unwanted critters and insects.
• Make sure that all doors and windows in your home are fitted with weather
  stripping and tight fitting screens.
• Seal any cracks in your homes interior and exterior to prevent unwanted pests
  and insects from entering your home.
• Repair any leaks as quickly as possible.
• Avoid any contact between wood and soil or mulch in the foundation of your
  home. (This makes it easy for termites to enter and infest your home.)
• Schedule regular evaluations of your home with a pest control company.
